Hollick

Hollick Wines is a small, independent, family-owned winery, located on one of the original John Riddoch Coonawarra selections in the cool South East corner of South Australia. Planting of the classic varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon and Riesling began in 1975 under the guidance of Ian Hollick. The first commercial wine under the Hollick label -- a Cabernet Sauvignon -- was released in 1983. Successful vintages followed, with wines across the Hollick range winning numerous trophies and medals at National Wine Shows, including the 1985 Jimmy Watson Trophy.Hollick
