The winery, founded in 1850, has been classified by the National Trust and is listed on the State and National Heritage Registers.The cellars, constructed from red gum and limestone, house the old red gum vats and some of the equipment used by previous generations. The splendid red gum lever press, hand-sawn in the 1890's, is well worth a look.
