Vincent Tremblay is a 3rd generation winemaker located in the town of Poinchy, Chablis. The vineyard has been in his family’s possession since the 1950’s with all vines planted on Kimmeridgian and limestone soil - which produce the finest of Chablis wines. The Domaine covers 34ha where Tremblay farms all the fruit organically and goes on to produce pure expressions of Chablis by using stainless steel for blending and maturation of his wines.
