Château Ducru-Beaucaillou, owned by the Borie family, is classified 2ème Cru Classé. It is located in the south-east of the St-Julien appelation.Vineyard consists of 50 acres of well-drained gravel stones. "Beaucaillou" means beautiful stones. Vines planted include 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Pertit Verdot.
