Passing Clouds

Passing Clouds is a small hands on operation using traditional winemaking techniques. After picking by hand, the juice is fermented in open stainless steel vats, hand plunged and then matured for twelve months in oak puncheons before estate bottling.The main varieties planted on the fifteen acre vineyard are shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, and pinot noir. Additional varieties are sourced from local grapegrowers.Passing Clouds
