"Rieslingfreak is all about the expression of Riesling. Each Rieslingfreak wine is allocated an individual number representing both the region where the grapes are grown, and the style in which the wine is made. 

Rieslingfreak No. 2 is a single vineyard wine, grown by the Jaeschke family in the acclaimed Polish Hill River sub-region of the Clare Valley and made in a dry style. The wine abounds with flavours and aromas of Granny Smith apple, jasmine and rose, while the palate bursts with bright citrus notes dancing lithely over a grounded flint-like minerality. The palate is tight and mineral-driven, softly slippery with bright natural acidity imparting exceptional length and a clean, crisp finish. 

The wine will drink beautifully in its youth but will certainly reward patient cellaring." - Rieslingfreak
