[SOLD-OUT] ONLINE Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 - 15/04/24

The ideal course for those who want to learn about a wide range of wines.

You will gain knowledge of the principal and regionally important grape varieties of the world, the regions in which they are grown, and the styles of wine they produce. 

The Level 2 Award in Wines Online covers the same syllabus as the classroom course, but through a supported Online Classroom. Through a combination of tasting and theory, you will explore the factors that impact style and quality and learn how to describe these wines with confidence.

No prior knowledge is required and you do not have to have completed any other qualification to enroll.

 

The course is delivered online, and you have five weeks to complete it from the 15^th of April 2024 to the 19^th of May 2024. You can work through the course at your own pace.

A minimum of six hours study per week is recommended to successfully complete the course. Regular access and participation is essential.

The exam will be held Online on Wednesday the 22^nd of May 2024 at 12pm (noon, Melbourne time).

Candidates must book in no later than 12pm (noon, Melbourne time) on Friday the 5^th of April 2024.

 

The cost is $685 which includes access to the Online Classroom, Online tuition, eBook Study Pack, and Examination.

Tasting is an essential part of studying for this course, and you are strongly recommended to taste wines during your online studies. We can provide most of the recommended wines for you either as a premium pack of 8 bottles ($300) or a budget pack of 8 bottles ($225). The wines in our packs are hand picked and selected specifically to showcase the subjects discussed in the online course.

• No refunds will be issued within 10 working days prior to the start of the course. Before that period a 75% refund is allowed if a student cancels their enrolment. A 100% refund will apply if Wine House cancels. There is a re-sit exam fee of $200 if a student does not attend the exam for any reason or fails the exam. 
• Your booking details are transferred to WSET for registration. We will ask for your date of birth upon booking to register you with WSET.
