"A deep and enticing nose of dark fruits, with hints of cherry and a generous helping of spice. The palate is full, with a surprising brightness due to the well balanced acidity. It is the use of oak which really shines here, with an earthy spiced cocoa giving so much interest and complexity. A serious Malbec." - Wine House
"A wine deeply influenced by the environment provided by the Andes Mountains. We select for our label a species of cactus that is native and finds its home in height and unique soil conditions, as well as our Malbec, which comes from Gualtallary limestones soils, we vinify it in small concrete vats with destemmed grapes using wild yeasts at a temperatures between 25ºC to 27ºC for several weeks. The aging continues in used barrels until the next vintage." - Riccitelli
