Lemon and lime colour, more grape than limestone on the nose, greener fruit, but lively, then, some weight and more heat at the back. Now the limestone steps forward. Success here I think. "The archetype of classic Chablis, austere in its youth, it has a solid structure and evolves perfectly well. A wine with a potential of 10 to 15 years.

Vinified in stainless steel vats (85%) and oak barrels (15%), manual harvesting with sorting of the grapes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts on fine lees for 18 months,  only the oldest plots and the best terroirs are included in this blend." - Domaine d'Henri
