[SOLD-OUT] Juniper Three Fields Chardonnay 2020

 

"Single-vineyard wine from Forest Grove, wild ferment, mlf blocked, matured for 9 months in barrel (30% new). The fruit is very restrained right now, but it is already serving up lashings of pawpaw, yellow peach, red apples and the odd curry leaf here and there. The acidity is incredibly quenching and ripe, sprinkling flakes of crunchy sea salt on the fruit. A lot to lust after. Interestingly, the oak is already integrated at this early stage.
