Nick Stock 96 points!"I have revisited this several times over the course of writing this year's Guide and have upped the ante to place this in the very top level of Margaret River Cabernet. This has a youthful allure about it and is just settling into stride on the nose. Smells of mocha-scented oak give way to leaves and cassis, fresh picked roasting herbs and some earthy nuances too. The Palate has lively, supple berry uptake amid rich, swirling tannins that straighten through the middle and pin the finish into long, even shape. Toasty oak adds swanky style. This is quite a wine, immaculately complete in every sense - Juniper Estate has truly arrived."

The Big Red Wine Book 96 points!"Juniper Estate has been an above average performer in recent years but we reckon this release is a real break-through wine.
Whoa. Here's a wine. Lovely pencilly oak, attractive notes of wet cement (stick with us) and lots of fleshy mulberry-like fruit flavour. Fluid, balanced, really smooth but firm tannin. Just so impressive. Top-shelf Margaret River cabernet. If you have a taste for good Aussie cabernet, seek this out. We're all over it."
