"The NV Fino has a delicate nose that suggests a limited time under flor with roasted almonds, flowers and balsamic herbs. The palate is much more powerful, medium-bodied, intense, and dry, with a bitter end. 

Gutierrez Colosia is an old winery in the Puerto de Santa Maria, created in 1838 near the Guadalete River. They were originally almacenistas, and they only started bottling and selling their wines as recently as 1997. All their wines have a powerful, concentrated profile with high dry extract and a touch of rusticity."
