Gary Walsh 95 points!Spice and a little pepper, red fruits, earth and smoke but building and fattening out with air time to reveal darker cherry and licorice richness. One of those wistful 'the last glass the best' numbers, which is as you'd expect drinking such a wine so young. Plenty of tannin and smoky earthy stuff, high pitched acid and excellent length. Has a bit of flesh to it, but isn't clumsy or heavy.
