Possibly the world's first Oyster wine, the grape Picpoul has been growing in Pinet in Languedoc for longer than anyone knows. Its A little like Riesling on steroids with more texture and a clean dry finish. The locals say the Picpoul vines are not happy unless they can see the Mediterranean sea! No oak is used to preserve the beautiful fruit purity of this wine.
