[SOLD-OUT] Chateau Tour-Sieujean Pauillac 2014

CHATEAU TOUR-SIEJEAN IS RARE IN THAT IT IS ONE OF THE LAST SMALL FAMILY ESTATES OF BORDEAUX, FARMING JUST 9 HECTARES IN PAUILLAC, PLANTED ON SUMPTUOUS GRAVELLY RIDGES AND FARMED LIKE A GARDEN.

"A typical Pauillac blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% of Merlot from the 2014 vintage. This Pauillac has a beautiful bright ruby red colored. This wine has a good intensity and slightly tannic and woody aromas. The palate is full and round, with savoury development on the finish. Black fruit notes with cassis and blackberry, followed by fragrances that vary between vanilla and roasted meat.

The family estate of 8 hectares extends between Pauillac and Haut-Médoc. Ideally located between the Gironde estuary and the vineyard plots receive all the water and sun for their ripening and can grow long into a season, well planted in a clay-gravel soil, allowing full ripe flavour and tannin.

This wine will match perfectly with red or white meat, game or mature cheese." - Chateau Tour-Sieujean
