[SOLD-OUT] Campaspe Nebbiolo 2017

"Nebbiolo from the Galli Vineyard in the Heathcote region. Destemmed, a couple of days cold soak before fermentation, pressed into old French oak and aged on lees for 18 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. This has something to offer. It’s more savoury than fruity but it has just enough of everything. Rusty tannin plays a role but not a formidable one. Balance in general is good. There’s a Bonox character, a leatheriness, herb and spice notes, red cherries. Interesting."
