"95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo. Made from handpicked grapes, fermented in old oak. Bright, red cherry aromas with a slightly sweet spice note and herbaceous character. On the palate, it's got lively acidity with more cherry, red fruit notes, olive and backing spices. The tannin is very integrated making it highly approachable. This is distinctly Chianti, distinctly Classico, and from a fantastic vintage offering superb value!
