3Ha of Vines of 30/35 years on average, on the terrace of sands around the village of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil.
WINE
Average yields: 40 HL / Ha
Manual harvest in small boxes, common to the entire estate.
Double sorting the grapes with de-stemming.
Alcoholic fermentation in open vats promoting mild maceration (3-4 weeks).
Discrete ageing in light oak for 7 to 10 months to preserve the fruit.
TASTING
This is brilliant and bright.
On the nose, the fruit is delicate, slightly spicy with peony flowers.
The mouth is toned and sweet."
