"This Novello Colline Pescaresi IGT is made from indigenous black varieties.
The grapes stay in an anaerobic environment for 10 days, pressing with a destemming presser and temperature-controlled fermentation; released for sale immediately after bottling, as per current legislation Released for sale immediately after bottling so as to best enjoy its organoleptic characteristics.
The wine has a purplish red colour, intense, fruity and aromatic bouquet, typical of the processing technique, revealing a subtle and elegant flavour on the palate which is fresh and well-balanced."
