"It comes from a single vineyard of vines planted in 1973 & 1983. It receives no malolactic fermentation, no new oak and is aged in old oak for 8 months. It offers expressive aromas of honeyed white peach, ripe apple and lemon curd with hints of allspice and white blossoms. Light-bodied, crisp and dry in the mouth, the palate is delicately laced with honeyed peach and apple flavours that linger long into the finish. It's a style that should age well and drink from now to 2017+."
