The nose presents intense aromas of rose water, white peaches, apricots and slight musk nuances. Lifted ginger spice is layered on the palate with mineral texture and complex apricots. "Fragrantly perfumed with dusty, floral aromas of jasmine, honeysuckle and lime juice, with minerally undertones. Round, fleshy and juicy, the palate is long and smooth, presenting a careful integration of vibrant stonefruit, citrus and clove-like fruit with vanilla oak and an underlying funkiness. There's some babyfat-like viscosity in the centre, before a long and smooth finish. Drink 2005-2008."
