Opens with a Coonawarra calling card of scents, black cherry, black plum, violet florals, bay leaf, briar and Aussie bush. Tannins are well managed on a palate built to showcase some extraordinary fruit. The Wynns team has worked hard refining oak in recent years and you can see, actually, taste, the results of their labour.
