'I do like a style that combines flavour, restraint, wine-made complexity and power all at once. Here's one. Creamy cashew nut, lime, green melon, struck match. It has power and cool acidity, through don't serve it too cool or you'll lose a lot of complexity. Positive use of high quality spicy oak, milky and toasty barrel work flavours, lime and melon of good intensity and richness, subtle flintiness and a long savoury finish. Excellent. '
