"Not a bad effort from a truly difficult cabernet vintage, but revealing some of the over ripe-under ripe qualities so common from this season. The aroma reveals a smoky scent of violets, some meaty chocolate oak with greenish and slightly cooked berry fruits, while the palate is fine and smooth, slightly minty and jammy, but surprisingly stylish. It becomes less leafy with exposure to air. Drink 2005-2008."
