"Yarra Burn is The Hardy Wine Company’s Yarra Valley brand, and it has access to some of the region’s largest vineyards. Why, then, it needs to incorporate fruit from Heathcote and the Pyrenees in its Shiraz is totally beyond me. Furthermore, Hardy’s has launched a mid-priced multi-regional brand under the Yarra Burn name called Third Light, whose wines will be sourced from the Heathcote and the Pyrenees. And the Yarra Valley as well. I remain convinced that if a wine brand includes a region’s name, it should come exclusively from that region."Jeremy Oliver
