"Rob Hall has had considerable experience in making Yarra Valley chardonnay and pinot noir, previously at Mount Mary, and thereafter at Kellybrook. His business took several steps forward in 2015. First, he acquired the 3ha vineyard on the property where he grew up. It was planted in 1996 by his parents (in particular, mother Harriet, hence Harriet’s Vineyard). Next, from Jan ’15 he leased the Limbic winery at Pakenham Upper. It has an underground barrel room, making it ideal for maturation, and also enabling much cellar work to be conducted using gravity" - James Halliday
