Patrick Sullivan Wines

Patrick Sullivan

Patrick Sullivan is a farmer first, a winemaker second. After studying viticulture and working in wine regions across Victoria, Patrick and his wife Megan bought a property in Gippsland, a fertile, expansive agricultural region nestled between Victoria and New South Wales in the Strezleki ranges .

Sullivan produces site specific wines with a strong focus on Pinot Noir and chardonnay using organic and biodynamic practices in the vineyard, "What I’m into is ‘high intervention’, particularly in the vineyard. I want to make sure I’ve got the healthiest, most beautiful sites possible. More than anything, I believe my impact on the planet should be a positive one."

His wines are in demand around the world and represent the forefront of new Australian wine, great for both classic wine lovers and those looking for something left of center!
