No Winemaker in the history of Western Australia has contributed more to the state's wine industry than Jack Mann.His creative genius influenced a remarkable 51 consecutive vintages at Houghton, with his life's work culminating in an MBE in recognition of his achievements and dedication to Western Australian wine industry. Jack's greatest individual creation was Houghton White Burgundy in 1937.In honour if Jack, Houghton produces a full bodied, powerful, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon wine.
