"Raised in the Australia's Hunter Valley in New South Wales, Ant studied Wine Science at Charles Sturt University before taking on winemaking positions, both boutique and commercial, within key Australian region and in Oregon, USA.He was then drawn to New Zealand, accepting the role of Winemaker for Isabel Estate in Marlborough, where he stayed for two years. Ant has now developed his own vineyard (70 acres) in Marlborough, pursuing a new venture in grape production, winemaking and brand establishment of Catalina Sounds.
