Smoky black tea, mint, wild forest fungus, kelp and musk rise from the glass, to be joined on a silken yet bright palate by the saline-sweet, saliva-inducing savor of fresh scallop and the succulence of lime-laced white peach. This lingering beauty ought to prove memorably intriguing and delightful through at least 2022. As Seguier sees it, the parcel of Fevre's Preuses located on the border with the Cote de Bouguerots serves for mineral character, while a strip that extends up into the heart of Preuses conveys its exotic animal (or shellfish) and fungal aspects."
