"The juice was naturally fermented in barrel and stopped at 50 g/l residual sugar. Aromas of pear, apple, lime and caramelised pineapple. The palate shows honeydew melon, kiwi and toasted marshmallow with subtle notes of curry leaf and lemon verbena. The wine is rich and powerful yet structured and refreshing. Not obviously sweet, the acidity and tannin provide definition and balance. A wine to follow over many year. Works well with Asian food or lighter fruit based desserts for now."
