"Probably needs very little introduction. It is essentially a dry wine of which one third is wine going back to 1993. The other two thirds are from the latest two years. Made in the painstaking traditional method with three years on lees to produce some lovely rich creaminess. A wine made pedantically for frivolous reasons!"
