All the blue fruits, all the black fruits, all the clove and cinnamon, all the compote and Xmas cake too. And yet a lift and bright sizzle to finish. Opulent and distinctly round and velvety red wine, pillows and quilts for texture though tannin shapes things from mid-palate to finish, and lingers in waves of gummy chew. There’s not a lot about this that screams of the varieties, but it does have some of the hallmarks, and the shape and balance do justice to the impact. Moreish, in its own way." - Wine Front
