"Distinctly fine boned expression here. There’s bright red cherry characters, some smoky paprika elements and clove-cinnamon oak flavours, drawing into a woody, dried herb finish. Light, tense, distinctly dry and chewy. Fine, pumice-stone tannin works well. The pinosity is different here, not the silky, concentrated and fine draw expected, but there’s merit in this expression and its interesting to see how this release works.
