Vineyards: soils composed of volcanic sands, derived from the disintegration of the lava masses, very rich in minerals, placed at an altitude ranging from 650 to 750 m asl with considerable temperature changes between day and night.

Maceration : hand picked fruit is cold soak for 24 hours

Fermentation: for about 10-15 days at a controlled temperature (22-24 ° C)

Aging: mainly in steel, then short passage in tonneaux and finally 5-6 months in bottle

At sight: bright ruby ​​red

On the nose: ample aromatic profile with floral scents and notes of red fruit and spices

On the palate: great minerality and balance, with smooth tannins that give roundness to a red of good structure, with a long fruity finish
