"Total SO2 less than 60 ppm. Fresh pear and lemon zest aromas are lifted by notes of white flowers and dusty minerals and backed by a subtle herbal nuance. Silky, focused and penetrating on the palate, offering refreshingly bitter citrus and orchard fruit flavors that put on weight with air. A herbal nuance emerges on the finish, which clings with strong minerality.
