'This release is a smoking gun of a wine. It exudes power, it fizzes with complex flavour, it's generally taut but also packed with matchsticky, grapefruity, steel-rodded purpose. Pulp and cream characters lather up the texture, the oomph. Meal and nectarine notes lurk thereabouts. It has most of its guns blazing, but there is yet more artillery to come. Fabulous wine.'
