"The tiny spec of blue slate soil inside Polish Hill River that exists within the wider scope of Clare Valley is world-famous for it's ability to impart incredible minerality and tension to the white wines produced within it. Fiano seems to reach a depth of flavour here (courtesy to warm days and cool nights) that we don't often see in other regions (or on other soil-types). This a spicy, lime-licked Fiano, that begs for a great food match. Only 700 bottles available."
