"Lifted blackberry, cedar and dark spices with hints of chocolate and aniseed. Rich, ripe palate showing abundant dark fruit and spices supported by smoky oak. Fine, chalky tannins and great length.

Blewitt Springs, sand over clay. Small batch ferment, harvested and sorted, 10 days skin contact in small open fermenters with hand plunging. Pressed to new and older French and American oak hogsheads, 12 months maturation, barrel selection, blended, additional 6 months oak maturation." - Ulithorne
