"Gin and tonic with a slice of cucumber, a cool feel, and aromatic with citrus blossom and a slight fennel top note. Ripe lemon with a little lime, a tonic edge to the flavour too, with a sort of wet stone texture, quite firm, with a strong but clean line of acidity, and a long finish offering some lime zest and spice (and maybe a bit of Disprin). It feels somewhat more reticent than the Stevens, Belford and HVD from this vintage, but has the structure and stuffing to make a very good Vat 1, given time in the cellar. And gee, I really like the texture of it." - Wine Front
