purple in colour, with a lifted nose of balanced fruit and oak. On the palate it has the extract and flesh
for which McLaren Vale is renowned. The wine was minimually handled and unfiltered to maintain its full
flavour and body however because of this, it could develop a crust with age, so decanting the wine is
reccomended before serving."
