"This fine non vintage Muscat is made from White frontignac or Muscat blanc a petit grains. Through the growing season, the fruit is allowed to hang for several weeks until it dehydrates to a point where the flavours are rich and complex balanced by good acidity."
Ginger to walnut brown in the glass
The bouquet immediately lifts from the glass with lifted spitit notes complemented by aromas of Christmas pudding, toffee and marmalade.
A very luscious mouth feel on first entry with great viscosity and mouth coating flavours of candied orange, marmalade, honey and raisins. The alcohol and acidity are finely in check with the fruit concentration. Perfect for enjoyment upon release."
