[SOLD-OUT] Torbreck Juveniles Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2011

Coming from the cold, wet 2011 vintage, Torbreck will only be releasing five red wines " Struie, Woodcutters, Descendant, Steading and this Juveniles. 60% grenache, 20% shiraz, 20% mourvedre " unwooded, stainless ferment, sourced from vineyards across the Valley.

Dark fruits and spice in the bouquet, a touch briary, a touch earthy, a touch mulchy. Sweet berry fruit to taste, almost syrupy up front, crisp to finish. Carries some decent concentration for the vintage, it's made in that indomitable style fringing on joven that it's known for, and pretty tasty at that.
