"From a Hillside vineyard in the historical Valpolicella Classica zone comes this Amarone, one of the great wines of the world. The grapes (Corvina Veronese 50%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 5%) are dried for 5 months prior to being gently pressed, then matured for 3 years in Slavonian Oak barrels.
Warm, ripe on the nose, intense and of great refinement. Complex, smooth, full bodied, lots of cherry notes and plum. Have this with Red meat, game, mature cheeses. Excellent after-dinner wine."
