Dark cherry, liquorice and vanilla. Full bodied, red and black fruit, savoury coal kind of stuff, smattering of sage and assorted dried herbs, grainy but pliant tannin, and a satisfying finish. It’s Barossa Shiraz ready to go. Not too heavy, not too light. Good stuff.
