'Mid-weight Hunter Valley red but with a bit of muscle to it. Thick, creamy, cedary oak on cherry-plum fruit, rounds of earth and acid, and a tannic, rolling, curling finish. Tannin is both fine and assertive at once. Very good, no question about it. '
