"Our Beaujolais vineyard is located on the foothills of the Massif Central, where a number of small valleys meet on their way to the plain of the river Saône. This Gamay Beaujolais Villages wine is made at the Manoir du Pavé, with five or six days of vinification to bring out the fresh grape flavours and the liveliness of this wine.
