The layer and textured Pinot Meunier dominant Reserve Brut is described by Julian and Justine Fournier as a photograph of the domaine. Based on the 2016 harvest, it features 80% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir (the planting proportions of the vineyard) as well as 40% reserve wines, coming primarily from the previous 2 harvests. Tiraged in 2017, the wine was disgorged in May 2023 having spent the best part of 5 years on lees.
