DARK AND BROODING, THIS ELEGANT AND FINELY DETAILED PINOT NOIR IS FROM A VERY SMALL VINEYARD - HIGHLY LIMITED

 

"A lovely dark colour, with luscious dark fruits showcasing bramble spice, rose petal and fruit compote. The spice of cinnamon and star anise combine with dark plum and give this a sultry look. The fine velvety tannins cloak the wine and round out the finish." - Ten Minutes by Tractor 

 

The east facing McCutcheon Vineyard sits between 174m and 200m elevation, allowing grapes to revel in the morning sun. Good vigour and canopy shoot position allow fruit to ripen slowly and evenly through the summer months.
