From Mornington's much loved boutique producer, this blend of their prime sites is a voluptuous expression of Mornington Pinot Noir.
"The Estate wines from Ten Minutes By Tractor are barrel selections from their most prized individual vineyards. These are hand-harvested, fermented using only indigenous yeasts, aged for 11 months in barrique, then blended to create the best expression of Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir.
Featuring some whole bunch character, this wine has loads of personality. It is lifted with bright cherry and strawberry flavour, but with a tang of jam and spice backed by smoky oak. An incredibly pleasing wine."
